DENVER ~ Today, Governor Polis welcomed Susana Cordova as the incoming Colorado Commissioner of Education. Polis expressed his enthusiasm for Cordova's prior work in boosting academic progress and improving access to high-quality education for learners of all backgrounds as Superintendent of Denver Public Schools. He looks forward to working with her as a member of his cabinet to carry forward their bold education priorities.
