DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- Drawbridge Realty has expanded its presence in Denver with the appointment of Sara-Ann Smith as Senior Property Manager of four of Drawbridge's major assets and Christianne Crist as Assistant Property Manager across Drawbridge's nationwide office portfolio.  Both dedicated property management professionals will work out of Drawbridge's office in Denver.

Prior to joining Drawbridge, Ms. Smith was a Senior Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) responsible for operating 3 assets totally approximately 800K square feet owned by Starwood Capital and Artisan Realty Advisors.  At C&W she successfully oversaw the $15M asset reposition, capital improvement projects, operations and performed detailed financial reporting. Ms. Smith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and Speech Communications from Iowa State University.  She also holds a California Real Estate License.

Prior to joining Drawbridge, Ms. Crist served as an Assistant Manager for the Irvine Company in Northern California. While with Irvine Company, she managed and operated 2.2M SF of Class-A vibrant workplace communities.

Both Ms. Smith and Ms. Crist will report to Jennifer Baltus, Drawbridge Realty's Vice President Property Management.
