Made in Colorado by bar owners, Galaxy Garnish's dehydrated citrus launches this November in standard and galactic shimmer versions.
TRINIDAD, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- Galaxy Garnish, a Colorado-made line of dehydrated fruit for cocktails, launches in November 2026 with dehydrated orange, lemon and lime garnishes. Each comes in a standard version or a galactic shimmer version finished with food-grade, edible shimmer that sparkles in the glass. Bars, restaurants, caterers and home entertainers get a showpiece cocktail garnish without the prep and waste of fresh-cut fruit.
Born Behind The Bar
Founders, the husband & wife team of Keely Williams and Jason Decker co-own The Well Hotel & Taproom, a historic 1888 property in Trinidad, Colorado. Williams previously owned a New Orleans cocktail bar named Bar of the Year by Eater.
Cutting fresh citrus takes 30 to 45 minutes a day, and more than half of it often ends up in the trash. Unable to find a premium dehydrated garnish, the founders made their own, and guests at The Well soon began complimenting the garnishes unprompted.

"Running a cocktail bar in New Orleans taught me that the garnish is the first thing a guest sees," said Keely Williams, co-founder.
A Galaxy In The Glass
Every product can be ordered with an optional galactic shimmer. A single shimmer wheel on an Old Fashioned, Margarita or glass of bubbly glints like a night sky, perfect for holiday menus, New Year's Eve, weddings and events. For everyday service, the standard version offers the same hand-sliced quality and natural citrus color.
"Guests drink with their eyes first," said Jason Decker, co-founder. "Drop one in the glass and it does the work."
Made In Colorado
Each slice is hand-cut and slow-dried in The Well's kitchen. Trinidad's 6,200-foot elevation and dry, high desert climate draw out moisture evenly, preserving shape, vivid color and citrus aroma. The garnishes contain no added sugar, sulfur or preservatives.
The Launch Lineup
Each comes in a 3 oz pouch, in standard or shimmer:
