The City of Colorado Springs' Planning Commission and Downtown Review Board meetings will both take place at a new location and on new days each month starting in July. Both groups will meet at the Regional Development Center (RDC) at 2880 International Circle. Both boards are tasked with review and approval of development applications.
The Planning Commission will now convene on the second Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. and Downtown Review Board will meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. Informal Planning Commission meetings will take place on the first Wednesday of every month in Room 102 of the City Administration Building.

"We want the public to be aware of these changes so they can continue to view and participate in the meetings," said Peter Wysocki, Planning and Community Development director. "We also encourage residents to utilize the online and live broadcast options."
The meetings will continue to be broadcast live on SpringsTV, which can be viewed on Comcast Channel 18 and Channel 880 (HD) and at ColoradoSprings.gov/SpringsTV.
