This is not the first time Governor Polis has advocated for this agreement. In 2019, he sent a letter to Jim Martin, the former President and CEO of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, urging them to reach a deal with DISH and Comcast. He has also had multiple discussions with both parties to ensure that the needs of Colorado residents are met.
With this new deal in place, Governor Polis is looking forward to seeing more Coloradans supporting their incredible local teams from the comfort of their own homes.
