PITTSBURGH, March 3, 2025 ~ Loveland, Colo. - Two inventors from Loveland, Colorado have created a new invention that aims to make working on sloped metal roofs safer and more convenient. The inventors, who wish to remain anonymous, have named their invention the SLIP SAFE.
According to one of the inventors, the idea for the SLIP SAFE came from a need for a temporary scaffolding unit that could provide stable work surfaces on sloped metal roofs. "We wanted to make it safer and easier for workers to move about and access different areas of the roof or home's exterior," they said.

The SLIP SAFE is designed to be easily installed and used, making it ideal for roofers, home builders, window installers, siding and painting contractors, and more. It provides a stable work surface on sloped metal roofs and other surfaces, increasing safety and convenience while saving time and effort.
The inventors are currently seeking licensing or sale opportunities with manufacturers or marketers. Interested parties can visit www.theslipsafe.com for more information or contact Brent Irwin & Lee Smith at 970-391-0073 or via email.
With its practical and durable design, the SLIP SAFE has the potential to revolutionize the way workers approach projects on sloped metal roofs. Its creators hope that their invention will soon be available for widespread use in the industry.
