The Boston-area construction specialties firm makes its first significant acquisition
CANTON, Mass. - ColoradoDesk -- Ver-Tex Construction, a leading distributor and installer of custom window treatments and acoustic wall and ceiling solutions headquartered in Canton, MA, has announced its acquisition of Brambier's, one of the most prominent acoustic wall and ceiling solution providers in the southeast region of the United States. The addition of Brambier's will allow Ver-Tex to reach more customers and offer greater flexibility regarding deliveries, installation appointments and product options.
This acquisition comes as a result of Ver-Tex's long-term success serving New England and Florida and is the first major step to expanding the company's services to include Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, the Carolinas and Florida.
"With the addition of Brambier's, we can add to our already top-tier roster of vendor partners to expand our offerings and serve a wider variety of customers," says Brianna Goodwin, CEO of Ver-Tex.
"We want to assure our customers and brand partners that this will not affect our current relationships or ongoing projects in any way. We are excited to welcome the Brambier's team and are committed to making sure their work remains as uninterrupted as possible through the transfer so business can continue as planned, and workflows will continue, uninterrupted, throughout this expansion," adds Goodwin.
