New franchise partnerships increase demand for client success
DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- TRIBUS, the leader in brokerage platforms for medium and large brokerages, today announces the hiring of Tony Balliviero to the role of Director of Client Care, and Anna Emerson to the role of Director of Projects. Jen Goodhue, former Director of Broker Success, has been promoted to Director of Client Success. These new roles are effective immediately.
As Director of Client Care, Mr. Balliviero's role will focus on ensuring the highest quality customer response and dedicated service for brokers. Mrs. Emerson's focus will be exclusively on project management.
In the newly formed position of Director of Broker Success, Mrs. Goodhue brings over 15 years of proptech experience and is focusing on increasing agent adoption and brokerage success.
"It is great that TRIBUS has such a huge focus on the entire customer experience and adoption within our product ecosystem. Of the many tech companies I have worked at in real estate, none of them care as deeply as TRIBUS as it relates to the customer journey," said Mrs. Goodhue.

Following the Solid Earth acquisition in October of this year, it remained clear that broker success is directly correlated to agent adoption, a task TRIBUS CEO Eric Stegemann takes very seriously.
In Mrs. Goodhue's new position, she will focus on increasing agent adoption through the onboarding process. This includes quarterly technology adoption audits, as well as success coaching for the TRIBUS suite. She will also manage a team of success representatives who will work directly with agents to ensure full understanding and comprehension of the TRIBUS suite.
"As we continue to grow our business through franchise / affiliate partnerships as well as strategic acquisitions, our path to broker success becomes clearer and clearer," says Stegemann. "It's difficult to predict the future of real estate right now, but we're confident that focusing on agent adoption of broker systems will be the northstar of our long term growth."
TRIBUS partnered with Corcoran Global Living and helped onboard over 1,000 agents to its technology software platform this year alone through 6 acquisitions. This partnership helped power the strategy in bringing on Mr. Balliviero, Mrs. Emerson, Mrs. Goodhue, as well as welcoming the Solid Earth family to the TRIBUS brand.

About TRIBUS:
TRIBUS was founded in 2009 as an alternative to the traditional real estate brokerage technology company. Instead of focusing on the size of the market, TRIBUS decided to focus on the specific brokerage companies they could help best. TRIBUS is trusted by major real estate franchisees like Re/Max Results, one of the most productive, large brokerages in the country (More than $5b sold and averaging over 15 transactions per agent with ~1400 agents). We're also trusted by some of the largest Realogy franchisees and NRT companies and franchises, like Climb Real Estate.
