Blue Sparrow works closely with importers and producers to ensure fair pricing and traceable sourcing, prioritizing farms that use regenerative practices and pay living wages to workers. Roasting is done in small batches with a data-driven approach, allowing the team to dial in roast profiles that highlight origin characteristics and push flavor boundaries.
