PUEBLO, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- The Metamora Film Festival will host an in-person and virtual two-day event at Pueblo Community College on March 27 and 28, 2026, bringing powerful, justice-centered storytelling to the heart of southern Colorado. Focused on themes of incarceration, reentry, sex offense registry, legal reform, and human dignity, the festival serves as a platform for filmmakers, students, educators, and community members to engage in dialogue through the lens of independent film.

Held at the Hoag Theater at Pueblo Community College, this immersive experience will feature a curated series of film screenings, filmmaker Q&As, audience discussions, and community conversations. While the lineup is being kept under wraps until the full program release, attendees can expect a wide range of narratives and documentaries that explore the realities of the criminal legal system and those directly impacted by it.
