PITTSBURGH, Dec. 5, 2023 ~ An inventor from Canyon City, Colo., has created an improved accessory for removing the floppy edges from knives. The patent-pending invention, called the STROP SOCK, enables users to easily sharpen the edge for a more effective cutting tool.
The STROP SOCK provides a quick and easy way to remove floppy edges from knives, fine tuning the cutting edge and saving time and effort.
