OMAHA, Neb. - ColoradoDesk -- InterMountain Management is pleased to announce their partnership with Gemini Hotel Group, to manage their Staybridge Suites Omaha 80th & Dodge in Omaha, NE. InterMountain assumed management of the Staybridge Suites on October 1, 2020. The 102-suite extended stay hotel is well-located for both business and leisure travelers given its proximity to Children's Hospital & Medical Center, University of Nebraska Medical Center, Methodist Hospital, and downtown Omaha's attractions, including The Old Market district and Henry Doorly Zoo.
Gemini sought a management partner with deep experience within the extended stay segment and an understanding from an ownership perspective of what is needed at the property to deliver superior financial results while improving employee and guest satisfaction. Brian Nudd, Chief Investment Officer of Gemini, said, "We are excited to enter into this management partnership with InterMountain. Our mission as the new owner is to work with InterMountain to improve the asset's physical condition, financial management, and service quality, while contributing meaningfully to the local community, notably with Children's Hospital & Medical Center located across the street from our hotel."
