MIDLAND, Texas - ColoradoDesk -- Midland's Newest Extended-Stay Hotel Home2 Suites by Hilton, part of Hilton's  All Suites portfolio, announced today the "topping off" of its new hotel in Midland, Texas, signifying that the final beam has been placed and that the structural framework is complete.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Midland East will open at 4104 N. Big Spring Street, near Midland Airpark, Midland College, and the Downtown area. The hotel is within two miles of several sport complexes, parks, as well as many oil & natural gas offices. The four-story, 111-suite hotel, developed and owned by Texas Western Hospitality, is projected to open in December 2020.

This topping off ceremony marks a milestone in construction at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Midland East, and it will provide a new and exciting option for both business and leisure travelers.

When completed, the new Home2 Suites by Hilton Midland East will offer all-suite accommodations with fully-equipped kitchens and modular furniture, providing guests the flexibility to customize their suite to their style and preference. The hotel will feature free Internet, inviting communal spaces, and trademark Home2 Suites amenities such as Spin2 Cycle, guest laundry, and fitness area, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items, and the Inspired Table, a free breakfast The Home2 Suites by Hilton Midland East will also be pet-friendly.
