BUFORD, Ga. - ColoradoDesk -- Global Data Solutions (GDS21) announced today that they are launching their "Global Hearts Local" series, a free program to support local businesses as they navigate the current workplace and economic challenges.
This last year has been incredibly difficult for everyone. Local businesses have been faced with many new and difficult challenges, leaving some struggling to survive. The Global Hearts Local initiative is a series of free online business advice classes, designed to assist Gwinnett County, Georgia, businesses both new and old, meet the increased demands of today's consumer.
"Giving back to the communities where we live and work is an integral part of who we are at Global Data Solutions. We strive to help others and pay specific attention to neighbors who are not part of our prospective client-base. It is exactly those local, small business who are not on our radar that can benefit the most from this series. We believe a thriving local economy benefits everyone," offered Kimberly Wise, Co-owner at Global Data Solutions.

A variety of experts will share their business knowledge, for free, on accounting basics and other valuable business insights each month. Global Data Solutions hopes to partner with other Gwinnett County organizations, learning what their neighbors need to help their businesses flourish. Together, they plan to make a stronger community.
The first webinar in the Global Hearts Local series will kick off with a 30-minute session on January 14, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm EST. All are welcome to join GDS21 as they highlight what to look for as you close your books for 2020, basic principles of accounting as well as specific examples of financial control considerations that will benefit you and your business. This webinar will not address specific financial software (i.e., QuickBooks or Acumatica). Any examples using software will utilize Excel only. Register Here for the first webinar.
