CRH ranks #5 in Georgia and #259 overall in the 2021 edition of Forbes' list
ATLANTA - ColoradoDesk -- CRH Healthcare (CRH), a southeastern leader of urgent care centers in four states, has been recognized by Forbes as one of "America's Best Startup Employers" for the year 2021. Forbes partnered with the market research company Statista to evaluate businesses with at least 50 employees founded between 2011 and 2018 to determine the companies with the best "employer reputations, employee satisfaction and growth."
The news comes after the company has spent the past several years focusing on development, as they have hired new clinical and provider graduates, implemented training initiatives, focused on creative recruiting and expanded their corporate team to respond to company growth.
CRH Healthcare was founded with the intention to build a culture that emphasizes accountability, hard work and continuous improvement. The company's co-founders, Bill Miller and Andrea Malik Roe laid the foundation for this culture by learning and performing every non-clinical task required in the urgent care industry, from contract negotiations to plunging toilets. These practices helped the company grow from three urgent care centers in 2012 to over fifty urgent care centers in 2021.

"Our company has a commitment to patients to be Convenient, Courteous, Caring, Competent and Compliant," said Bill Miller, CEO of CRH Healthcare. "These '5Cs' guide everything we do as a company. Our success is a direct result of our team's belief and dedication to this commitment."
In 2020, the company showed its ability to adapt to unprecedented circumstances as they became one of the country's largest network of COVID-19 testing facilities in a matter of months. They quickly launched over 40 Peachtree Immediate Care (the company's Georgia brand) testing locations throughout the metro-Atlanta area, some of which tested more than 200 patients per day.
While all of this was going on, the company managed to launch a new brand, Patriot Urgent Care, in Maryland after acquiring three centers from ChoiceOne Urgent Care.
The company is looking forward to continuing to carry its commitment to its patients and employees as it continues to evolve in 2021 and beyond.
