DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- This year's unpredictability has no doubt left some veterans and their families struggling. These struggles could prevent some from finding warmth and comfort in their homes during the cold winter months.
Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric wants to help one special veteran and their family enjoy the comfort they deserve.
In its inaugural year, the Veterans Warm Our Heart Benefit is accepting nominations for a deserving veteran family who needs a new furnace system in their home. Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric believes we all share in the responsibility of supporting our veterans, especially in trying times such as these.
"Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric wants to provide a veteran family who has experienced unforeseen circumstances this year with one less thing to worry about going into 2021. Helping this special family by ensuring they have a heated home is an honor and a privilege," says Mike Townsend, Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric vice president and a veteran himself.

The winner will also receive a one-year membership in the Heart Family Maintenance Program, as well as a lifetime warranty on equipment and installation.
TO NOMINATE A VETERAN OR VETERAN'S FAMILY, visit the Veterans Warm Our Heart website to nominate your worthy veteran (www.veteranswarmourheart.com) from 8:00 am, Friday, November 27 to 5:00 pm, Wednesday, December 16, 2020. The winning nomination will be chosen and announced the week of December 21, 2020.
"This is the first year of our benefit, but it won't be our last. A lot of veterans and their families can't afford to repair, let alone replace their furnace. This can make for unsafe home heating methods which pose a fire or carbon monoxide hazard. Our veterans have sacrificed so much for our freedom and this is our way of showing our deep appreciation for that sacrifice and bravery," affirms Rochelle Paulet, director of marketing at Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric.
