~ Colorado Springs, CO- The closure of Tutt Boulevard, which was originally scheduled to reopen this week between Vickie Lane and Spring Breeze Drive, has been extended to Wednesday, Aug. 21. This delay is due to recent weather conditions and unexpected utility conflicts that were discovered under and around the roadway.
The project, which aims to widen Tutt north of Vickie Lane to two lanes in each direction, includes various improvements such as curb, gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and storm drainage. The completion date for this project is set for September and the extended closure is not expected to affect the overall timeline.

During the closure, motorists will be redirected via Black Forest Road and Wolf Ridge Drive. Those traveling to and from the Church For All Nations and the residential neighborhood north of the church will be able to use Spring Breeze Drive.
