~ Colorado Springs, CO - As winter weather conditions continue to affect the city, all administrative offices, including the Colorado Springs Municipal Court, will remain closed on Friday, Nov. 8. This decision was made in the interest of public safety.
Mountain Metro has also announced a delay in bus services and Metro Mobility ADA Paratransit service until 10 a.m. However, if conditions worsen, bus services may be canceled for the entire day.
In addition to office closures, several City parks have been closed to vehicle traffic as well. These include popular destinations such as Garden of the Gods, North Cheyenne Cañon and Palmer Park. While trails remain open for hikers, it is advised to avoid hiking on roads for safety reasons.

Despite these closures and delays, emergency responders and essential City personnel will continue to work their normal schedules.
The Public Works Operations & Maintenance Division is working tirelessly to clear primary and secondary routes as snowfall continues. Drivers are urged to plan ahead and allow extra time for their commute. It is also important to exercise caution around snowplows and maintain a safe distance while passing them due to limited visibility.
