Denver creative agency recognized as the No. 1 place to work
DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- Amélie Company, a Denver-based creative agency, announces the company ranks No. 1 among the Ad Age Best Places to Work 2025, an annual ranking of companies that lead the pack in factors ranging from pay and benefits to corporate culture and leadership.
Ad Age Best Places to Work 2025 honors 50 companies that did a standout job over the past year as the advertising business met with the challenges of an unsettled economy, changing media market and a continued tight talent pool.
Amélie Company ranks No. 1 among the top 25 companies with 150 or fewer employees. Ad Age's scoring system factors in employee responses on topics including pay and benefits (80% of the score) and a company's policies and practices on areas including pay and benefits, work/life balance, recruitment, training and development (20% of the score). Amélie Company is the only Colorado advertising agency to make this year's list.
Ad Age called out differentiators that make Amélie Company a great place to work: "Amélie Co., a self-described cause-based shop, incorporates DEI into its operations by employing a specialist to integrate equity into all aspects of its work, including its creative output. The Denver-based ad agency refers to its employees as 'fAmélie,' reflecting the company's focus on building a family-oriented culture. Amélie nurtures this environment through regular outings. Events over the past year included a pickleball tournament, complete with cash prizes and trophies, at the annual summer party and a two-night 'research trip' to Colorado's wine country."
