DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Swimlane, provider of the industry's leading security automation platform, today announced three appointments to the leadership team: Tony Thompson as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Charles Constanti as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and David Anthony as SVP Customer Experience. Each new hire brings decades of experience to Swimlane, and will play a critical role in elevating the company's brand, ensuring customer success and maximizing the value organizations achieve with the Swimlane platform.
"I am thrilled to welcome Tony, Charles and David to the Swimlane leadership team. As we continue to grow and work towards our goals of not only breaking into new markets, but fully owning the security automation space, I am confident they will each make a significant impact on Swimlane," said James Brear, CEO, Swimlane. "Our team has a strong track record of optimizing brand awareness, maintaining customer-first values, and executing global growth. I look forward to working with these industry veterans to make Swimlane the leader in automation."
Before joining Swimlane, Thompson was CMO for Kemp Technologies (acquired by Mill Point Capital), where he established the company as a market leader in Application Experience (AX), garnering brand awareness growth and the number one rating on Gartner. Previously, Thompson served as VP of Marketing and General Manager for SS8 Networks, where he led the strategy, sales and marketing execution for a breakthrough in network intelligence, breach detection, and network detection and response (NDR). Prior, he held marketing leadership roles with Silver Peak (now part of Aruba/HPE), McAfee, Blue Coat (now part of Broadcom), and Juniper Networks. Throughout his career, Thompson has been responsible for reshaping niche players into market leaders, launching new products, defining new market categories, and leading companies through acquisitions.

Charles began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
As Swimlane's SVP of Customer Experience, Anthony leads the company's post-sales customer delivery teams, including Customer Success, Partner Services, Professional Services, Technical Support, and Training teams.
