Signature Mom Dance Party™ series scales nationally after repeated sellouts and surging demand
DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- Moms Feelin' Themselves (MFT), the trailblazing movement redefining modern motherhood through high-energy dance parties and wellness experiences, today announced an expanded slate of Mom Dance Party™ events across the U.S., following a breakout year.
MFT, now one of the most talked-about maternal mental health movements in the country, was founded in 2022 by Sarah Battani Sams and Elizabeth Wellington, MA, LPC, PMH-C, following their transitions into motherhood.
"We started The Mom Dance Party to prioritize maternal mental health through movement, community and connection," said Wellington. "Those first few small venues kept selling out, and suddenly we were watching moms waitlist themselves just to show up for each other. After we sold out a 500-person music hall, we realized how big this needed to be. That's what sparked the national tour."
MFT has hosted twelve dance parties across Boston, Denver and Salt Lake City, building a national foundation through word of mouth and grassroots community support.

MFT also expanded its sponsorship portfolio this year, collaborating with more than 17 organizations—including maternal powerhouse brands Motherly and Bobbie—with additional partners to be announced in 2026.
"Overall, this collaboration was not only incredible exposure for NRG, but deeply affirming. It reminded us why we do what we do and how powerful it is when brands like ours come together with aligned missions and heart. We were blown away by how seamlessly we were welcomed into your community," said Stephanie Holt, co-founder of NRG Dance Fitness, a key MFT sponsor in Salt Lake City. "We saw a notable jump in our online presence following the event and interest in our programs. Our inbox has been full of messages from attendees who loved the energy, the dances, and how approachable and fun the routines were."
