SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - ColoradoDesk -- MC Residential LLC, in response to a strategic growth plan executed by parent company MC Companies, promotes Greg Flatt to Regional Vice President.  In the quest to expand holdings to 25,000 units by 2029, MC Residential moves to strengthen the support of an additional 2,500 homes in 2022 and continuing each year to reach the goal of 25,000 apartment homes undermanagement.

Greg, a tenured executive of MC Residential brings to the role his strong financial acumen and leadership skills.  He has over 20 years of executive experience and will lead the state of Arizona in the mission of Property Management excellence.  Currently MC Residential manages 29 properties and more than 7000 apartment homes in the Soutwest with another 422 homes in construction slated for delivery in 2023.  The Place at Silverbell Gateway in Marana, AZ will be the first to offer new luxury homes.
