Legalhotwater exposes weaknesses in the United States Federal Court system which makes it a target for fraud by organized crime actors apparently linked to the court system itself.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- Follow The Money
The United States Federal Courts are the model for the state courts in the dual legal system of the United States. In fact, each of the fifty states in the union has at some point or another been required to model their state court system around the framework of the United States Federal Courts. And the United States Federal Courts have become, not only nationally recognized as the model for law and justice; but, also, on a global scale.
To say that the United States Federal Courts are considered exemplary on a global scale is an understatement at best. Such a status raises eyebrows surrounding at least two well documented court cases in which Legalhotwater has exposed internal fraud within the federal court system. One would presume that such behavior would spark an immediate fire under the feet of the federal authorities, to not only get to the bottom of the situation; but, to, also, identify and prosecute the actors to the fullest extent of the law. Such a course of action is generally appropriate when considering the reputation of the United States Federal Courts is on the line. Notwithstanding the same, there appears to be a general lack of interest on behalf of the United States Department of Justice. The general approach to these criminal matters is to first determine who had access to what, who were the intended beneficiaries, who actually benefited, what was the size of the take, and how long such racketeering behavior has been a part of the fabric of the court system.

Grow Up
Perhaps in this advanced society man has evolved to the point where certain behaviors, albeit once out of bounds, are now considered normal or acceptable. Even more to the point, as some would tend to believe, perhaps it's time to grow up and except the fact that people lie i.e. which in a court context is generally considered perjury or fraud. And in accepting this reality perhaps fraud, organized crime, and the gamut of money crimes is, now, considered a tacit of litigation with which litigants are, now, charged with policing instead of the courts and the Department of Justice.
