Pruitt also emphasizes that business owners from California, Illinois and New York are now relocating to Houston almost as often as they are moving to Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin. Additionally, he forecasts Houston being underserved on office space and with the increase in demand, it is going to take a fresh and creative approach to meet clients' needs.
