IDAHO SPRINGS ~ Idaho Springs - In a momentous event, Governor Jared Polis, along with local officials, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Mighty Argo Cable Car in Idaho Springs. This new tourist attraction, set in the picturesque mountains, is expected to bring economic growth and job opportunities to the area.

The Mighty Argo Cable Car will transport riders 1.2 miles from the Argo Mill to the mountain top Argo Landing on Rosa Gulch. The landing will feature pedestrian plazas, viewing decks, an observation trestle, creative food and beverage options, an amphitheater, and a facility for hosting weddings, receptions, retreats, and kids camps.
