DENVER ~ Tomorrow, the state of Colorado will come together to honor the life and legacy of Senator Faith Winter. Governor Jared Polis, along with members of the Colorado General Assembly and local leaders, will pay tribute to the late senator for her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of all Coloradans.
In recognition of Senator Winter's contributions, Governor Polis has ordered all flags on public buildings to be lowered to half-staff starting at sunrise on Friday, December 5, 2025 until sunset on Saturday, December 6, 2025. This gesture serves as a mark of respect and remembrance for Senator Winter on the days of her memorial and celebration of life.
