Colorado Cleantech - 2024 Oil & Gas Cleantech Challenge

DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- Colorado Cleantech has announced the 12 technology companies selected to present at the 11th annual Oil & Gas Cleantech Challenge (OGCC) on October 24, 2024 in Denver, CO. Finalists were selected from an international pool of applicants.
The OGCC is one in a series of technology scouting events, "Cleantech Challenges", that connect large oil and gas industry partners directly to innovative clean technology solutions. The 2024 call for applications asked for companies capable of working on issues such as methane detection or control, carbon capture utilization and storage, water, items to reduce truck traffic, space saving items to reduce footprint, power management, plant or biological solutions, advanced biological solutions, solid pollution reduction, hydrogen and hydrogen infrastructure, and other applicable technologies.

37 submissions were vetted by program sponsors, who act as judges, and 12 companies were selected as finalists to present their innovative technologies during the program to major oil and gas companies and investors.
Colorado Cleantech developed the OGCC in partnership with an internationally recognized team of industry leaders, including bpx energy, ConocoPhillips, Ovintiv, Chevron, Altira, and the Consulate General of Canada in Denver.
