CASTLE ROCK, Colo. - ColoradoDesk -- In a rare appearance, Super Mike Allen, the CEO of Allen Family Nutrition LLC, will be hosting a live event. The 3 day Love My Body Challenge will be held via the meeting software Zoom. Everyone in attendance will be able to chat with the CEO and ask questions about health and nutrition.
The event will take place July 15-17 at 11AM Eastern each day. The topics will include mindset, motivation, movement, low energy and high blood sugar. Healthy living became important for the CEO when he was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes in 2010.
"Dieting and killing yourself at the gym are not working, so I will be out showing a better way," Super Mike Allen commented earlier this week. He will be emphasizing proper mindset, proper movement and proper eating habits.

He also stated that it is micro changes in habits that are sustainable over time so he will be helping the students in attendance how to do this. Super Mike also said that people fail to keep their diet and exercise programs due to trying to change too much at once. He will be teaching a sustainable model instead.
Limited spaces are available but one may register at https://lovemybodychallenge.com
Super Mike Allen is a certified nutritionist and certified by Dr. Joe Vitale as a limited belief clearing practitioner. This uniquely qualifies him to help people actually succeed with this challenge. As always it is important to add years to your life so you can add life to your years. This is reported to be the company motto of Allen Family Nutrition LLC.
