DENVER - ColoradoDesk -- ALL-IN-15, the first and only boutique fitness franchise that builds strength fast through eccentric training and technology, announces the opening of its first Denver metro area location in the Denver Tech Center's Landmark complex. ALL-IN-15's research-backed approach builds strength with eccentrics, the negative or lowering phase of a muscle-building exercise, using specialized, state-of-the-art Kineo Intelligent Load machines and real-time user data. This technology enables clients to safely perform eccentrics with maximum resistance, helping them get stronger and healthier in as little as one 15-minute session a week.
"Our approach is rooted in research that shows eccentrics are the best and most efficient way for people to build muscle and bone mass at any age," said Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and ALL-IN-15 Founder John Hecker. "Eccentric training requires less oxygen and energy than traditional strength training, enables better muscle control, and protects the body against injury. All of this helps people age well and continue doing everything they love to do!"

Hecker, the foremost eccentrics trainer in the United States, founded ALL-IN-15 in 2020 and slowly grew it out of his parents' garage in northern Colorado. In 2022, he opened the first corporate location in Windsor, Colo. Hecker partnered with entrepreneur and fellow Colorado native Caleb Vigil to expand the company starting with the new location in Greenwood Village, which will also serve as a national showroom for Globus USA's Kineo machines. The company has plans to expand through franchises nationwide.
In the crowded health and fitness market, ALL-IN-15 offers consumers something genuinely new – a customized, eccentrics-based strength workout that requires just one 15-minute session per week.
"We work with clients in a whole new way to safely stress their muscles to the limit in every session," Vigil said. "With this approach, they build strength faster and see exponential results in a fraction of the time it takes in a regular gym. People no longer have to spend hours at the gym each week. It's a complete departure from everything we've been taught for decades about working out, and the proof that it works is in the results."
ALL-IN-15 not only offers clients a more efficient workout, but a smarter one. The company's specialized workout equipment generates real-time user data in each session, such as strength metrics, balance tests to identify areas of weakness and overcompensation, and progress over time. Using this data, ALL-IN-15 master trainers can uniquely pinpoint clients' strength deficiencies and the root of their aches and pains, and create custom training plans to correct them.
