DENVER, Feb. 6, 2024 ~ San Diego, California - In a recent acquisition deal, Big Box Storage has been acquired by Glass Lake Holdings with the help of SDR Ventures. The leading provider of storage services in San Diego County, Big Box Storage was founded in 2003 by Brian and Rita Hurley. SDR Ventures served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Big Box throughout the transaction process.
Big Box Storage offers convenient and affordable portable storage solutions for both residents and businesses. With a commitment to providing high-quality service and competitive pricing, the company has rapidly grown over the past 20 years. It now boasts more customers than any other storage company in San Diego and also offers non-traditional self-storage services for long-distance shipping across the United States.
Co-founder Brian Hurley expressed his gratitude towards SDR Ventures for their instrumental role in finding the right buyer for Big Box. After conducting a broad marketing process, Glass Lake Holdings emerged as the perfect fit for the company's future growth.
