FALLS CHURCH, Va. - ColoradoDesk -- Sandline Discovery, a U.S. based eDiscovery and managed services provider, has acquired German IT consulting company 24legal.

Sandline, having built out its international footprint in Asia Pacific and the European Union to become a truly global service provider, sees the acquisition of 24legal as the next logical step in its growth strategy.

"24legal is a great fit for us," said Sandline CEO Jon Canty. "With this acquisition we gain further market share in the EU and simultaneously expand our capabilities with a complementary set of products and services that add greater value to our clients."

Based in Frankfurt, Germany, 24legal provides consultation, implementation and management of document management platforms such as NetDocuments and iManage, as well as law firm management platforms like CLIO PMS. The addition of these offerings to Sandline's product suite gives the combined company a portfolio of solutions that covers the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) from information governance through production and presentation.
