"I was a mom with three small children and no extra income," Rhea recalls. "I started ironing secondhand clothes, tagging each one, and inviting local moms to sell their own items. That simple idea became a business model spanning 120 franchises across 26 states, empowering families to earn income and build community. Turner calls Rhea's journey the perfect reflection of the podcast's mission: turning obstacles that once made women shrink into fuel for reinvention and purpose.
