With two new tenants coming to the building, The Diversey Building in Portage, Ind. has just 9,702 square feet remaining available for lease. The Diversey Building is located within the 385-acre AmeriPlex at the Port, master-planned business park developed by South Bend, Ind.-based Holladay Properties.
PORTAGE, Ind. - ColoradoDesk -- Two more tenants will soon call The Diversey Building at AmeriPlex at the Port in Portage, Ind. home. Johnson Brothers of Indiana and Dream Big Gymnastics have leased Suites 104 and 102, representing a total of 20,100 square feet.
Johnson Brothers of Indiana has executed a 3-year lease for Suite 104, totaling 5,600 square feet. The Indianapolis-based wholesale wine and liquor distributor will use the space to store and distribute alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

Dream Big Gymnastics is currently a tenant in AmeriPlex at the Port and is moving to the Diversey to expand its operations and will occupy Suite 102, representing 14,500 square feet, beginning on September 15, 2021. Dream Big Gymnastics has executed a 5-year lease and will use its space to offer gymnastics classes which include toddler through high school in competitive as well as non competitive options.
Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for AmeriPlex at the Port and the new Diversey Building, which is owned by an investment group led by the Portage, IN office of Holladay Properties. Michael O'Connor, VP of Leasing & Development, and Mike Micka, Partner & VP-Development, represented the building ownership group in the lease transactions.

The Diversey Building is a 52,900 square foot building located at 6340 AmeriPlex Drive in AmeriPlex at the Port. The flexible/industrial building was built by Holladay Construction Group and completed in July 2021.
The two new leases bring the building's total occupancy to 82% and just two spaces totaling 9,702 square feet remain available for lease. Other tenants in the building include Fagor Arrasate, International Entrances, Inc., and Parker Hannafin Corporation.
