DENVER -  Gov. Polis issued an Executive Order declaring a state of disaster emergency due to the Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Colorado, enabling State agencies to coordinate for mitigation of disease spread, response, consequence management, and recovery efforts.
