~ Residents of the Westside community are in for a treat this weekend as the third annual Saleabration Block Party takes place at the Westside Community Center. The event, which will be held on Saturday, July 11 from 8 a.m. to noon, promises to be a fun-filled day for families and neighbors alike.

Organized by the Westside Community Center, Saleabration offers a unique opportunity for residents to shop, swap and connect with their neighbors. The free event will feature a community-wide yard sale, makers market, food trucks, and live entertainment. In addition, there will also be a plant and seed swap as well as a nonperishable food drive.

According to Alberto Jaramillo, program administration at Westside Community Center, Saleabration is not only a great way to bring the community together but also supports local vendors. "We are excited to host this event which celebrates everything our community center has to offer," said Jaramillo. "It's a chance for residents to find unique items, share plants or seeds and spend quality time with family and friends."
